To maintain our uncompromising standards and ensure a peaceful stay for guests and neighbors alike, we adhere to the following policies across all Ansley & Oak properties.
House Rules
Occupancy & Gatherings
We do not allow parties, events, or large unauthorized gatherings. Only guests registered on the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
Pet Policy
To accommodate guests with severe allergies and maintain our premium furnishings, all Ansley & Oak properties are strictly pet-free.
Smoke-Free Environment
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, both indoors and outdoors.
Quiet Hours
We respect our residential neighbors. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
Security & Monitoring
For the safety of our guests and homes, exterior entry points are monitored by 24/7 security cameras. We also utilize privacy-safe noise and air-quality monitors (which detect cigarette and vape smoke) inside the home.
Extended Stay FAQ
Common questions about mid-term and extended stays.
Is housekeeping included?
Yes. For all extended stays of 14 days or more, complimentary bi-weekly housekeeping is included in your rate. For stays under 14 days, housekeeping can be added for a fee.
What supplies are provided?
Our homes are fully furnished and turnkey. We provide premium linens, towels, and a starter kit of essentials (coffee, paper goods, toiletries) to make your arrival seamless. For long-term stays, guests are responsible for replenishing their own daily consumables.
Can I receive mail and packages?
Absolutely. Mid-term guests are welcome to receive mail and Amazon or courier deliveries directly to the property during their reservation.
